Responsibilities
- Execute daily trade lifecycle tasks including order monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Manage daily reconciliation across exchanges, custodians, and wallets to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor real-time execution to identify and resolve issues such as poor fills, routing errors, stale quotes, and slippage.
- Develop and maintain operational tools and workflows to support trading activities.
- Own the incident response process, acting as first responder for trading errors or venue outages and driving resolution.
- Track incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure desk resilience through monitoring, alerting, and clear escalation procedures.
- Continuously improve operational processes to reduce errors, minimize manual work, and alleviate trader bottlenecks.
- Produce clear operational reports and track KPIs for the Head of Trading.
- Support coordination with exchanges, custodians, and other external operational partners.
- Monitor daily risk exposures and trading limits, immediately flagging any breaches.
- Operate desk controls and reporting, supporting the broader risk and compliance framework.
