About the Role

We are hiring a Trade / Commercial Lead Direct-to-Consumer EMEA to shape our ambitious expansion and growth plans for the region. In this role, you will own and drive the retail and channel strategy to enable the commercial success of our products within the consumer space.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver the retail and channel strategy to support Dexcom’s direct to consumer growth across EMEA.
  • Build mutually beneficial commercial relationships in priority markets with key e‑commerce, retail, and third‑party partners to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Define and execute trade marketing and promotional plans to drive acquisition and retention across all channels.
  • Effectively manage budgets and timelines, optimising resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Deliver revenue and sales targets aligned to business goals.
  • Monitor and measure account and channel performance and effectiveness, leveraging insights to make data‑driven adjustments.
  • Review sales and product performance analyses and path‑to‑purchase insights to inform decisions and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation within trade channels by staying abreast of industry trends through a test and learn mindset.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in key account management and trade marketing within consumer e‑commerce and retail.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, deliver sales targets, and generate revenue through joint business plans and trade marketing activities.
  • Experience delivering measurable multi‑channel growth strategies via diverse trade partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively with regional, local, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to measure impact and optimise strategies against commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working within regulated environments and applying compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise trade marketing resources for maximum ROI.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
  • Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally within the consumer health and wellness space.
  • Experience of working through other B2B partnerships.
  • Experience of successfully launching products in the consumer, health and or wellness space.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
