Responsibilities
- Review and manage documentation for insurance and remarketing clients
- Process salvage titles received from various states and prepare them for auction
- Stay informed about current title and salvage laws by regularly studying state-specific regulations
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and providing timely, effective solutions
- Support customers through multiple channels including mail, email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Examine and input title documentation for all client accounts
- Complete applications required to transfer vehicle ownership
- Enter data from state-issued titles into the company’s operating system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title and salvage regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during title transfer processes
- Perform word processing, document filing, and other administrative tasks
- Follow established workflows under direct supervision
- Support additional office operations as necessary
- Report any policy violations immediately to a supervisor or manager
- Safeguard confidential customer data and comply with state and internal record retention rules
- Support employee development through structured progression planning
- Promote a work culture grounded in accountability, integrity, and performance
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management
