Role Overview
As a Title Coordinator/Team Member in Originations Title and Close, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of title-related processes. Your responsibilities include managing vendor data integrity, addressing discrepancies, and supporting both internal teams and external partners throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review Work In Progress reports to verify task completion and accuracy
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and colleagues
- Process title orders according to established client and company standards
- Demonstrate understanding of various title products, including Full Title Searches, Institutional Lender Searches (with and without easements and restrictions), Property Reports, Deed Copies, Updates, and Mortgage Recordings
- Analyze vendor performance data to support quality assurance
- Maintain consistent communication with team members and leadership
- Build and sustain productive relationships with vendors and internal partners
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under time constraints. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining high-quality outcomes, and familiarity with computer systems is required. Proven experience in customer service is a must.
While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, practical experience in real estate or a related field is highly valued. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to accuracy in every task.
