HireHawk is looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own the operational success of a TikTok Shop for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will manage the platform end-to-end in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment focused on disciplined execution and continuous optimization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate listings, smooth workflows, and consistent execution.
- Plan, execute, and support live selling initiatives to drive engagement and sales performance.
- Operate TikTok Shop Lives with a focus on conversion, pacing, and operational accuracy.
- Track performance inside the platform and make execution-level adjustments to improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working as a TikTok Shop Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations end to end.
- Demonstrated experience with live selling workflows.
- Direct experience running TikTok Shop Lives.
