Braze is looking for a Tier 1 Support Analyst Intern to join our Customer Success division. In this 12-week internship, you will participate as a member of the Dairy Tier 1 Support team, assisting customers with ongoing administrative and support needs and gaining hands-on experience with key software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with their ongoing administrative and support needs as part of the Dairy Tier 1 Support team.
- Participate in special projects such as Salesforce reporting and knowledge item creation.
- Provide customer support portal assistance.
- Participate in other assigned tasks and projects.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program with a graduation date after August 2026.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural or agtech related disciplines.
- Experience with MS-Office.
- Previous experience in some type of direct customer-facing job.
- Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work here.
Nice to Have
- Some knowledge or experience using remote access, networking, troubleshooting tech (hardware or software), SQL, etc.

You will be part of the Customer Success Division and mentored by the Tech Support Team, reporting to Support Manager, Tim Strobel.
