Collegium Pharmaceutical is hiring a Therapeutic Specialist, Pain. In this role, you will implement Collegium’s sales and marketing plan to achieve maximum market penetration. You will develop relationships with target Health Care Professionals and their office personnel to advance the company’s mission of becoming the leader in responsible pain management.
What You'll Do
- Seek and foster strong business relationships with health care partners and customers
- Develop a plan to meet with target customers in your assigned territory and serve as a clinical resource
- Organize and execute sales presentations
- Maintain knowledge of the competition's products, service offerings, and activity
- Deliver product fair balance information to appropriate customers effectively
- Plan and execute an effective call plan
- Increase market share for the Collegium product portfolio
- Uphold and consistently demonstrate Collegium’s Core Values
- Be accountable for delivering quality work on time and with minimal errors
- Explain information related to your own output
- Work on problems and ideas of some complexity within defined guidelines
- Continue to increase depth of understanding of your role
- Manage yourself while beginning to operate with some independence
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2-4 years of Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) is required

- Compensation range: $115,000—$134,500 USD
