The IMA Group is looking for a Tier 1 Scheduler to join our team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently scheduling medical and psychological examination appointments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness while managing client communication. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Interface with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal staff to facilitate seamless scheduling and address inquiries.
- Accurately enter and maintain scheduling information in the company's database, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working collaboratively with team members to find efficient solutions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of scheduled appointments and related communication.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of clerical and telephone experience.
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles.
