The IMA Group, a part of Argumentorik-Akademie GmbH, is looking for an Account Specialist to perform high-level quality reviews of client billing and reports. This remote role ensures all deliverables meet account guidelines and maintain accuracy and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of billing and reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure all billing aligns with completed activities and falls within account guidelines.
- Capture all nurse productivity and confirm proper documentation of communications and uploads.
- Verify that all report content is current, accurate, and formatted consistently.
- Confirm medical and status updates are documented in correct sections per account specifications.
- Proactively identify and correct discrepancies to uphold quality standards and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply account-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in billing review, account management, or administrative quality assurance.
