NTT DATA is seeking a Test Program Coordinator to join our team supporting critical U.S. Navy submarine programs. In this hands-on role, you will provide essential programmatic, technical, and administrative support and advice. You'll be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization dedicated to mission success.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive programmatic, technical, and administrative support and advice.
- Develop specifications and procedures.
- Manage ship and ship systems certification processes.
- Implement requirements for SUBSAFE and Deep Submergence Scope of Certification systems.
- Implement ship construction test programs, including developing, reviewing, and approving test procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in U.S. Navy programs or Navy operations.
- An active Secret clearance.
Nice to Have
- US Navy Submarine Qualified Officer.
- Experience supporting the US Navy or active-duty Navy experience.
- Military or Civilian Program Management at SUPSHIP GDEB or HII NNS.
- Roles such as: Project Officer, Asst. Program Manager, or Test & Evaluation Director for a NAVSEA submarine program office.
- Experience developing and executing the test and evaluation program for a submarine program.
- Experience coordinating a TEMP revision.
- Experience conducting post-delivery sea trials and tests for a submarine Program Office.
- Experience as a Repair Officer, Asst. Repair Officer (at a Naval Submarine Support Facility or Submarine Tender), Ship Superintendent at a Naval Shipyard, or Asst. Project Officer at a Submarine Construction Yard.
- Ability to apply understanding of a program’s mission, organizational interrelationships, priorities, and resource implications.

This position is onsite and located in Washington DC, District of Columbia.
