APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Test Analyst to join us on a one-year fixed-term contract supporting our ongoing Transformation Programme. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and success of our software delivery.
What You'll Do
- Perform functional, unit, data migration, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the QA process and best practices.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including business scenarios, test scripts, and test summary reports.
- Support the Test Manager for project and reporting activities.
- Identify, document, and track defects using ALM/SharePoint defect logging tools.
- Coordinate business testing and provide support across software lifecycle test phases.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive hands-on testing experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience with Workforce Time and Attendance application or an equivalent system.
- Proven experience in data migration testing from source to target systems.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent.
- Considerable hands-on experience as a Test Analyst.
- A developed understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues across suppliers, stakeholders, and project teams.
- An understanding of SAP integrations.
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement experience.
