Curtis Lane Holdings LLC is looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to drive sales of equipment within a defined geographic area. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive role where you will be the face of the company, meeting directly with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and provide solutions.
What You'll Do
- Travel extensively within your assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
- Review customers' existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Perform product demonstrations and provide hands-on support.
- Take orders, deliver products, and estimate delivery dates.
- Provide competitive information, including price quotes and bundled packages, to establish negotiated pricing.
- Arrange for equipment repairs as needed.
- Manage and develop new customers while maintaining and growing sales from existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain a monthly call list.
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and solve customer problems.
- Monitor competitive activity and products in the market.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer data.
- Track and submit gas and product receipts as part of your expense reporting.
- Learn and utilize POS systems.
- Maintain expert product knowledge on the features and benefits of equipment for sale and rental, specifically the New Holland and Bobcat brands.
- Understand various financing options for new and used equipment sales.
- Attend sales events, including training sessions, meetings, and seminars.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a field sales or territory management role.
- A valid driver's license and willingness for extensive daily travel within a defined territory.
