SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to join our team in Cranston, RI. In this role, you will be the local face of SpotOn in your community, promoting our full suite of advanced technology to local business and restaurant owners. We move fast and fight for independent operators, putting people above everything else.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a local representative for SpotOn by offering advanced technology to local business owners.
  • Travel within your designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients.
  • Hit sales targets, with a focus on selling software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Work closely with our extended Sales Support team to reach your monthly sales performance goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • A proven track record of delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
  • Ability to maintain and manage client relationships in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • The skill to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with an extended Sales Support team.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Total on-target earnings of up to $120,000-$275,000 inclusive of base salary and commission potential.
