About the Role
This position leads sales efforts for commercial truck tires within a specific region, driving revenue by building strong client partnerships and executing strategic account plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial tire customers in the assigned region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped markets
- Conduct regular field visits to customer locations
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with distributors and fleets
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with regional needs
- Ensure accurate forecasting and sales reporting
- Support customer training on tire performance and maintenance
- Promote brand awareness through industry events and trade shows
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tire technology and regulations
- Collaborate with operations for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer service issues promptly
- Track and report on key sales performance metrics
- Build relationships with decision-makers at fleet and distribution companies
- Drive adoption of value-added services and digital tools
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Work cross-functionally with technical and supply chain teams
