Bayer Global is looking for a Territory Sales Manager III to grow the market share of our glyphosate business within a designated geography. You will play a crucial role in driving the business forward and ensuring product success within one of our six microenterprise regions.
What You'll Do
- Achieve assigned glyphosate sales targets.
- Develop and implement retailer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory, and product demand.
- Set business direction and coordinate follow-ups with dealers to drive results.
- Serve as the key business consultant to retailers, effectively selling the value of glyphosate products.
- Become and continue to be the local expert on glyphosate intelligence.
- Demonstrate proof of product performance against the competition by championing glyphosate and product/technical/agronomic knowledge.
- Actively manage inventory to meet business objectives, anticipating demand and bottlenecks.
- Gather, assimilate, and analyze market and competitive information to make key business decisions.
- Continuously expand selling skills and product knowledge while mentoring peers and teammates.
- Take a leadership role in managing relationships with top retailers and act as the business expert for top growers.
- Plan for customer business needs and travel approximately 40% with significant daily face-to-face customer interaction.
What We're Looking For

- Financial, time, and territory management expertise.
- Strong user-level computer and presentation skills (proficiencies in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment.
- Ability to drive for the company, which may fall under DOT/FMCSA jurisdiction, including hauling trailers or equipment safely.
- Ability to pass a driving record background check.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, or agriculture OR other education level and 10+ years of listed experience.
- Demonstrated product and agronomic knowledge.

Work Mode
This is a local-country role based in the Southeastern United States. The position is open to candidates in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
