Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Dammam. You will represent Dexcom to physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focused on diabetes care, promoting our products within an assigned geographic area to achieve sales goals by developing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Promote Dexcom products within an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Develop new customers and/or expand existing accounts to achieve individual sales targets.
- Build, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers.
- Develop and implement market development plans and strategies, establish education of the company's products and services, and support business activities.
- Arrange product demonstrations, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and customer opportunities.
- Actively look for initiatives and execution tools that ensure and maximize growth in product penetration.
- Provide feedback on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management business units.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of diabetes-related or equivalent healthcare sales experience with a proven track record for achieving targets.
- Proven track record of success within the healthcare environment.
- Sound experience of analyzing data.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 – 8 years of sales experience within healthcare.
