As the Territory Manager for Northeastern Europe, you will lead all commercial activities for a breakthrough medical device within a rapidly evolving transplant technology landscape. This role demands a strategic approach to sales execution, deep engagement with clinical stakeholders, and close collaboration with internal teams to expand market reach and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leadership to shape and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Conduct comprehensive territory analysis to identify high-potential accounts and prioritize market entry
- Build trusted relationships with transplant center decision-makers, surgical societies, and key medical influencers
- Drive lead generation by collaborating with marketing on events, digital outreach, and outreach campaigns
- Lead contract negotiations with hospital procurement teams and support the development of tailored commercial agreements
- Deliver product training and clinical onboarding to ensure successful implementation at customer sites
- Monitor competitive activity and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Support physician education initiatives in partnership with clinical engagement teams to accelerate clinical adoption
- Represent the organization at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry forums
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating cross-functionally and escalating when necessary
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including ethical business conduct standards
Collaboration & Travel
This position works closely with Field Clinical Specialists, marketing, medical affairs, and executive leadership. It requires regular travel—up to 60%—including overnight and international trips across the region, with a primary base in Germany.
