What You'll Do
- Own and manage a designated territory with no account overlap, focusing on acquiring new auto dealership clients through outbound calling, email outreach, and product demonstrations.
- Build and grow a personal portfolio of clients, driving revenue through new sales and strategic upselling opportunities.
- Deliver compelling demos and tailored solutions that address client needs, supporting long-term account growth.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction, while maintaining focus on sales execution.
- Monitor and assess outreach campaigns, refining tactics to improve conversion and performance.
- Work within a results-oriented, high-achieving sales environment that values collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in B2B sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to initiate and close new business through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and maintaining organization in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms and a disciplined approach to tracking and managing sales pipelines.
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and goal achievement.
