Responsibilities
- Gain and sustain deep knowledge of the disease state, clinical evidence, and standard treatment protocols.
- Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales targets.
- Promote product uptake and compliant usage among targeted healthcare professionals.
- Monitor territory trends, customer requirements, and competitor actions to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones consistently.
- Keep accurate territory reports and CRM records up to date.
- Develop strategic call plans by converting data and insights into impactful, customer-focused actions.
- Show curiosity, flexibility, and receptiveness to new ideas, adopting innovative methods for engaging customers.
- Use strong business judgment to evaluate market conditions and apply insights for effective territory planning.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office personnel, and key decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification clearly and in compliance with regulations.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations and address customer questions with confidence and credibility.
- Work with customers to overcome barriers to patient access and support product adoption.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and enhance the overall customer and patient experience in a compliant manner.
- Coordinate closely with field partners such as Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, and Regional Business Directors to support customer needs and territory goals.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices with field leadership and internal teams including Marketing, Training, and Field Operations and Analytics.
- Provide timely market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive updates.
- Support regional meetings, launch activities, and company-sponsored programs.
- Operate with the highest ethical standards and full compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
