InStride Health is looking for a Territory Business Manager (VA) to lead our efforts in establishing and expanding partnerships with healthcare providers in the Virginia market. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our referral network, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a seamless flow of patient referrals to our pediatric mental health services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow meaningful referral relationships with stakeholders across assigned markets, including executives from large hospital systems, program leaders, and clinicians.
- Maintain a regular servicing schedule for existing referral partners to ensure success and remain a trusted resource.
- Use creativity to locate new referral channels to increase access to treatment.
- Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure campaigns and events are properly executed and drive intake growth.
- Attend presentations, conferences, and events to increase community awareness of InStride Health.
- Work closely with clinical, operations, and growth teams to develop regional strategies for driving relationship performance and meeting scheduled intake goals.
- Meet defined regional targets and proactively communicate progress.
- Organize and maintain detailed records in our CRM and sales management tools.
- Review prospect activity, anticipate needs, and partner with Product and Client Success teams to provide customer feedback.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Take a data-driven approach by analyzing pipeline performance, referral trends, and market dynamics.
- Represent InStride Health at industry events to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales/marketing, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of providers, particularly large health systems and medium/large primary care or pediatric practices.
- Based in Virginia or the surrounding area with prior experience fostering deep relationships in the region.
- Proven track record of successful relationship building and territory growth.
- Ability to leverage existing team resources and take a quarterback approach to growing markets.
- Ability to analyze local community KPIs.
- Experience selling a product in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and business development skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and create innovative referral development strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and market research tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Compensation: $80,000-$110,000
