Dotmatics is seeking a Territory Account Executive to own new logo growth across the Life Sciences industry in the MA region. This is a pure hunter role focused on consultative, transformational enterprise selling of our SaaS platform, leveraging the Siemens digital enterprise ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Own and build your territory: develop and execute a strategic territory plan across Life Sciences accounts, drive new logo acquisition, and build pipeline through outbound prospecting, ABM, executive alignment, events, and Siemens co-selling.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles: engage stakeholders across R&D, IT, Engineering, Digital Transformation, and C-suite; build ROI-driven business cases; navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations; close high-value, platform-level SaaS deals.
- Leverage the Siemens + Dotmatics digital thread: position Dotmatics' platform within Siemens' digital enterprise strategy; align conversations across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle teams; collaborate with Siemens sales teams.
- Sell strategic transformation: translate complex scientific and industrial data challenges into business value; position AI-enabled R&D, automation, data harmonization, and digital thread strategies.
- Be the voice of the market: partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive long-term growth; provide insight into industry trends and competitive dynamics; identify expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hunter with demonstrated success landing new logos in large, complex territories.
- Track record of enterprise SaaS sales into $1B+ organizations.
- Experience closing $500K–$1M+ ACV deals.
- Experience selling in biopharma, biotech and related life sciences environments.
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives across R&D and engineering.
- Ability to engage cross-functional buying committees and lead conversations with R&D scientists, IT leaders, Digital Transformation heads, Engineering executives, and CxOs.
- Experience selling complex, unbudgeted solutions; comfort positioning enterprise data platforms, automation, AI, or digital thread strategies.
- Ability to collaborate within a large enterprise sales ecosystem (Siemens + Dotmatics).
- Strong territory planning discipline, consistent pipeline generation, structured use of sales methodology and metric-driven.
