Tencent Cloud is seeking a proactive B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth in Emerging Markets. You will be responsible for both strategic planning and on-the-ground implementation of event marketing and ecosystem engagement to strengthen Tencent Cloud’s local market presence.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow Tencent Cloud’s B2B business in local markets.
Implement strategic event marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Organize local webinars, events, and exhibitions to promote Tencent Cloud's presence.
Proactively identify and pursue local partnership, sponsorship, and award opportunities.
Drive marketing lead generation efforts and ensure timely follow-up to maximize ROI.
Manage local social media pages to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
Work with sales teams to craft a sales playbook with well-aligned strategies and resources.
Engage with global cross-functional teams to utilize global event marketing resources.
Serve as project lead for Tencent Cloud’s major global marketing events, coordinating end-to-end execution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or its equivalents.
At least 5 years of B2B event marketing experience in the cloud or technology industry, with strong local market exposure.
Proven track record delivering impactful B2B event campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and performance marketing.
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a strategic, sales-oriented mindset.
