ModSquad, an award-winning global digital engagement company, is looking for a Temp Recruiter - Corporate Consultant to join our great recruiting team. This is a temporary, 3-6 month assignment where you will source, qualify, interview, and endorse prospective contractors globally for client projects in areas like moderation, chat, and customer support.
What You'll Do
- Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions.
- Identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database.
- Work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting/sourcing experience.
- Experience recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment.
- Global recruiting experience with high cultural awareness.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
- Internet and social media savvy.
- Data-driven with keen attention to details.
- Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-volume recruiting/sourcing call center environment.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a recruiting leadership team comprised of seasoned global recruiters.

This is a remote position open to candidates globally.
