Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential contractors for global client projects.
- Conduct interviews and recommend qualified candidates for temporary roles.
- Fill urgent hiring needs for customer support contractor positions.
- Recruit and assess full-time candidates for critical internal roles.
- Source talent and manage candidate progress through the applicant tracking system.
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with confidentiality agreements.
- Manage several recruitment tasks concurrently across different projects.

Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, interview and endorse prospective Mod Contractors for MSQ client projects globally.
- Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions.
- Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database.
- Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
