Join Digital Trendteam as a Teller, where you will specialize in delivering an exceptional branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and accurate transactional processing. What You'll Do
- Adhere to high customer service standards and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
- Actively manage the lobby, greeting customers and proactively addressing their needs.
- Accurately balance and process customer transactions efficiently following Bank Policy.
- Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution and log all customer complaints.
- Transition identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
- Complete branch-related operational activities, including cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
- Process customer and account maintenance accurately.
- Complete Consumer AML/BSA/KYC-related activities.
- Adhere to applicable compliance and operational risk controls per Company or regulatory standards.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
- Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Well-organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with internet user-level technology.
- 2+ years of experience in banking or retail.
- Proven skills in face-to-face customer service.
- Cash handling experience.
