Unknown Company is hiring a HR Business Partner Generalist

About the Role

Bright Horizons is seeking an HR Business Partner Generalist to serve as key support to our HR Business Partner(s). You will help resolve employee relations matters, manage compliance responsibilities, and administer HR programs. What You'll Do

  • Complete initial intake of employee relations matters and conduct investigations under the direction of the HRBP.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve employee requests and questions.
  • Maintain, refresh, and draft resources, templates, and training documents for the HRBP team.
  • Review and analyze HR data related to employee engagement, onboarding, and turnover for assigned business units.
  • Produce reports and provide summaries of trends to the HR Business Partner.
  • Assist with identifying red flags and developing strategies to support leaders.
  • Complete exit interviews and new hire check-ins when assigned.
  • Serve as backup coverage for the HRBP team as needed.
  • Assist with pulse surveys for centers, schools, and departments.
  • Conduct site visits when needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of EAP support for critical incidents.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to the business.
  • Maintain compliance with company policy and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Review policies and practices to maintain compliance when assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
  • Complete other projects and conduct research for the human resources department as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of HR experience; multi-site service industry experience is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or HR Certification.

Technical Stack

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HRIS experience is preferred.

You will directly support HR Business Partner(s) in this role.
