Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Non CDL Delivery Driver to operate a parcel van and/or straight truck, transporting life-saving medical products to our local customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while building positive relationships.
What You'll Do
- Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into your vehicle.
- Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck on a delivery route to multiple customer destinations.
- Abide by all safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment and performing vehicle safety checks.
- Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely service.
- Provide in-person customer support, addressing questions and providing appropriate documentation.
- Communicate with the dispatching team regarding route or schedule adjustments to meet customer needs.
- Maintain travel and cargo logs according to Federal, State, and company policy.
- Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.
What We're Looking For
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Valid Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) for Class B License if required by state.
- Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no serious violations.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience.
