Telepass is hiring a Teleselling Account professional to join our Consumer Retail Channel division. You will plan and oversee partner teleselling activities, with a focus on optimizing customer experience and achieving key sales results.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end outbound telephone campaigns for sales and customer assistance.
- Monitor all Telepass services delivered via phone for selling, up-selling, and retention campaigns.
- Support the definition of a continuous improvement plan for channel performance.
- Conduct ongoing training and updates for partners, developing supporting materials.
- Understand customer needs to generate new sales opportunities.
- Support the definition of a plan to improve channel processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional sales experience in field and/or telephone channel coordination roles.
- A structured business analysis approach for analyzing KPIs and optimizing operational processes.
- Knowledge of privacy and legal regulations related to distance selling.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of SalesForce.
- High autonomy and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Determination to achieve monthly targets.
- Availability for frequent travel within Italy.
