The Telesales Clients Hunter Small Accounts role at Pluxee Chile S.A. is based in Santiago, Chile, and focuses on acquiring new SME clients through outbound telesales. In this hybrid position, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth while supporting a mission that enhances employee benefits and strengthens local commerce.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) clients through outbound telesales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability goals.
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies for assigned market segments.
- Generate qualified leads through research, campaigns, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and client onboarding) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide continuous feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or commercial roles within B2B services, call centers, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Spanish: Native or fluent.
- English: Intermediate (reading and writing).
