What You'll Do
Conduct outbound survey interviews with respondents in English from your home location in the Philippines. Use Jobma, a one-way video interview platform, to record responses via webcam or mobile app. Accurately input answers into the company’s survey software, ensuring data integrity and clarity. You’ll listen carefully to responses, rephrase or repeat questions when necessary, and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions. Review and revise recorded questions as needed to meet quality standards.
Requirements
You must be based in the Philippines and at least 18 years old. Strong English reading and speaking skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and accurately type respondent answers. You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and provide your own equipment, including a laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or a recent macOS version, 8 GB RAM, 64-bit OS, and a 1.8GHz CPU or faster. A wired internet connection (10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) with direct plug-in access is required, along with a wired USB headset with microphone and a functional webcam. A smartphone capable of downloading apps is also necessary. You must be comfortable navigating software, typing efficiently, and sitting for extended periods during shifts.
