The TeleOperations Operator will play a critical role in supporting Continuum Resource Network’s autonomous ride-hailing fleet. Serving as a 'human-in-the-loop,' you will monitor vehicles remotely, assist during challenging situations, and help improve system performance through detailed documentation and protocol development.
What You'll Do
- Monitor autonomous vehicles in real-time using remote systems
- Provide remote assistance to vehicles encountering challenging or unexpected situations
- Intervene when autonomous systems require human input to proceed safely
- Communicate effectively with vehicle systems and ground support teams
- Document incidents and interventions for analysis and system improvement
- Contribute to the development and refinement of TeleOperations protocols and tools
