Ansible Health is looking for a Telehealth Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to lead our RCM team and ensure efficient revenue cycle operations that maximize financial performance. You will focus on optimizing processes within our telehealth environment, leveraging automation and data analysis.

What You'll Do

Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process, ensuring timely billing, collections, and accurate financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for automation within existing RCM processes to improve efficiency, with a focus on leveraging AthenaHealth capabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate RCM strategies with overall company objectives.
Implement and oversee assessment tasks for staff to ensure necessary programming and data analysis skills.
Provide training and development for the RCM team to enhance skill sets and operational knowledge.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial metrics related to revenue management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on automation and process optimization.
Demonstrated expertise with AthenaHealth systems.
Proven experience managing revenue cycles for telehealth or virtual care services.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and regulatory requirements.
