Treetop ABA is seeking a Telehealth BCBA LBA to join our community of compassionate professionals. In this fully remote role, you will deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children across Arizona, designing treatment plans, mentoring technicians, and collaborating with families from a home office. Our mission is to support every child's journey to grow and thrive through personalized care.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor client outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Support and inspire Behavior Technicians working with your clients.
- Build strong partnerships with caregivers to ensure cohesive, effective care.
- Complete planning, progress notes, and all required documentation from home.
- Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Active AZ LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
Nice to Have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BCBA/LBA
- At least 1 year of telehealth experience delivering ABA services remotely
- Engaging approach to client care and skilled in developing individualized programs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for ABA therapy and empowering children
- Self-driven and organized, capable of managing remote workflow efficiently
