Skin + Me is looking for a German and English speaking Teledermatology Physician to join our mission-driven team. In this remote role based in Bulgaria, you will prescribe personalized skincare treatments for patients in Germany using our digital platform, developing clinical expertise within a collaborative environment dedicated to safe, patient-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Review patient consultations, assess medical histories and clinical images, and diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment plans for patients in Germany.
- Develop high-level clinical competency to diagnose and manage common skin conditions including acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation, and skin-ageing concerns.
- Work autonomously within established clinical pathways, making independent prescribing decisions and escalating complex cases as needed.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or atypical dermatology cases, collaborating closely with our Customer Support Team.
- Contribute to the development of our consultation model, clinical pathways, and digital workflows.
- Maintain a strong focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and prescribing governance.
- Partner with our in-house medical leadership and the wider clinical team.
- Continuously develop your clinical knowledge through regular CPD sessions with our dermatologists.
- Monitor and uphold prescribing safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Registration as a Doctor with the Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA).
- A valid EU medical license authorizing you to treat patients in Germany (e.g., German Approbation or a recognized EU qualification permitting cross-border care).
- Based in Bulgaria with the legal right to work there.
- Fluency in German (B2 General and C1 Medical with Certification).
- Fluency in English for internal communication.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Comfort working autonomously and making independent clinical decisions, with a detail-oriented, thoughtful approach to digital patient management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in dermatology.
