D2B is looking for a Podcast Video Editor to edit and produce high-quality video content for our podcast. You will be responsible for creating engaging long-form episodes and dynamic short-form clips that align with our brand and connect with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce 45–90 minute long-form podcast episodes, ensuring smooth audio-visual integration and engaging pacing.
- Create short-form vertical cutdowns for social media platforms including Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Produce and optimize YouTube episodes, including pacing, titles, and light SEO.
- Develop occasional trailers and promotional assets to support marketing campaigns.
- Enhance audio quality through clean syncing, noise reduction, and basic balancing.
- Add graphics, captions, transitions, and motion effects to create visually appealing content consistent with brand identity.
- Collaborate with hosts, producers, and marketing teams to meet content goals and deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and archives for future edits.
- Stay up to date with video editing trends, podcast best practices, and platform-specific optimizations.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000.
