The Red Hat Consulting team seeks a Telecommunications Cloud Professional to join their Spanish operation. This position involves guiding implementation of Red Hat solutions for telecommunications service providers, network equipment manufacturers, and system integration partners. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional work resulting in outstanding customer satisfaction while developing comprehensive technical expertise in cloud technologies. As a Telecommunications Cloud Specialist, you'll require extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructures supporting virtual network function applications within the telecommunications sector, with a focus on understanding client infrastructures particularly related to Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, and additional cloud technologies. What you will do: Serve as the primary technical expert on-site, addressing comprehensive technical, developmental, and strategic information technology requirements Continuously expand technological knowledge and strategically apply emerging concepts to meet client needs Generate high-quality results while supporting multiple interdisciplinary projects, keeping stakeholders informed about potential performance challenges Manage problem diagnostics, system architecture development, software specifications, and implementation of open-source solutions, including comprehensive project documentation for internal and external leadership Demonstrate flexibility in responding to evolving client requirements What you will bring: Proven consulting or related professional experience Expertise in enterprise-wide technological deployments Advanced proficiency with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and cloud solutions including OpenShift and OpenStack Platform Preferred telecommunications industry background Demonstrated capability communicating project value, progress, and key performance metrics to diverse stakeholders Superior written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and strategic planning capabilities Red Hat Certified Engineer certification or commitment to obtaining certification within 90 days Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time About Red Hat Red Hat is the global leader in enterprise open-source software solutions, utilizing community-driven approaches to deliver cutting-edge Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
