Join Deloitte Luxembourg as a Technology Strategy Trainee within the Technology Strategy & Transformation team. You will help clients refresh their enterprise architecture to support new business directions, learning to leverage advances in cloud, mobile, digital, and analytics to align business strategy with IT. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on real client challenges alongside experienced consultants.
What You'll Do
- Assist in exchanges with client executives on how innovation and technology trends like cloud, analytics, mobile, blockchain, and APIs enable current priorities and shape future strategies.
- Participate in designing target enterprise architectures, including business capabilities, processes, and components.
- Analyze and compare technology solutions and contribute recommendations to implement the target architecture.
- Support client transformation journeys by providing architectural advisory and assistance to project teams.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or Engineering.
- Internship or academic exposure to IT strategy or enterprise architecture methodologies, frameworks, and patterns.
- Fluent in English and French; German considered an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, collaboration and teamwork, analytical thinking, and interest in applying new technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with presentation and modeling tools like MS PowerPoint and MS Visio; ability to structure and document analyses and compare technology options.
- Adaptability, openness to feedback, and a positive attitude in a multicultural team environment.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured and organized way.
