Holman is hiring a Technology Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Technology Product Manager to define our IT product strategy and lead the entire development lifecycle from roadmap to launch. You will align this work with our organizational goals, collaborating closely with business leaders and technology teams.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define IT product strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
  • Lead the team in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Partner with Technology Business Analysts to refine requirements and flow them through the development process.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects, identify potential roadblocks, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Foster strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate efforts between different teams to address dependencies and maximize efficiency.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and communicate product plans and updates effectively.
  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates on product development progress, milestones, and scope changes.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to drive data-driven decisions for enhancements and future iterations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in product management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly agile practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools and product management software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology trends and the ability to anticipate market needs and opportunities.

  • Compensation range: $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually.
