Cielo is hiring a Technology Consultant, Paradox

Cielo is looking for a Technology Consultant, Paradox to provide strategic technology implementation services as a system implementation partner. You will deliver quality consulting and support to achieve high customer satisfaction, focused on designing and building integrations for projects and external clients.

What You'll Do

• Provide integration and technology consulting on cloud-based solutions, including integration build and testing.
• Follow appropriate delivery methodologies while promoting industry best practices.
• Configure and maintain technology solutions for clients across multiple platforms, with a focus on Paradox implementation projects.
• Design, build, and implement technology solutions in support of project goals, including validation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Stage demo environments for testing and training purposes.
• Leverage critical thinking to predict downstream impacts and document lessons learned.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, IS, HR, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2 years of technical integration experience across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Paradox is required.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, along with formats like JSON and XML.
• Experience with either Workato or Jitterbit integration platforms.
• A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Web application build and deployment experience, including manual builds and continuous integration.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail to detect and correct faults in complex code and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong technical writing skills for maintaining comprehensive integration documentation.
• A sense of urgency to communicate critical updates in a timely manner.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity and certification with Workday and other systems.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages is a plus, with Python being the most used in our environment.
• Client-facing experience supporting established technology integration and implementation methodology strongly preferred.
