C220 Alcon Pharmaceuticals Ltd Company is hiring a Technician III, Production Technical Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to our DSM Flex Production unit, driving consistency, quality, productivity, and efficiency across operations. You will focus on key areas including training, maintenance, lot changes, and system improvements to help us achieve critical site targets.
What You'll Do
- Oversee training and maintenance activities within DSMFlex production to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop or enhance training and maintenance procedures, packages, on-the-job training forms, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Lead and provide coaching to both existing and new production technicians as required.
- Ensure all production operations comply with GMP, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Maintain optimal production performance by building strong relationships and fostering good collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Perform non-conformance investigations for any manufacturing deviations and ensure timely closure of related records.
- Lead improvement initiatives impacting quality, safety, cost reduction, capacity, and productivity through programs like Simplify, Kaizen, FAST, and CIP.
Team & Environment
You will be a key member of the DSM Flex Production team, where you will work closely with technicians and cross-functional partners to maintain operational excellence.
