Aptar is looking for a Technician to join our Customer Quality Support (CQS) service, focusing on administrative and coordination activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth interactions with our global network and clients.
What You'll Do
- Plan client audits and technical visits.
- Organize the logistics of audits in relation with clients and sales teams.
- Prepare and write internal documents and documents for clients.
- Interface with Customer Quality Support teams in global subsidiaries (India, China, US, Latam) and directly with clients.
- Collaborate with CQS to review client specifications and questionnaires.
- Prepare and send change control notifications to clients via automated systems or email, depending on the subsidiary.
- Monitor data flows, perform follow-up tasks, and alert stakeholders when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of office productivity tools.
- Proficiency in English (reading, spoken, and written).
Team & Environment
This role reports directly to the Manager of Customer Quality Support.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Granville.
