Körber Global Technology Solutions is looking for a Technical Trainer to design and deliver training for our customers in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be responsible for creating effective learning materials and continuously improving our training programs with a strong focus on safety and clarity.
What You'll Do
- Prepare training sessions and units independently based on customer agreements and existing courses.
- Conduct training at our facilities, at customer sites, and through online platforms.
- Create learning media using current formats for cross-media publishing, including presentations, training videos, and Web Based Training.
- Coordinate translations and updates of training content.
- Evaluate training sessions and implement continuous improvements.
- Work with standard machine configurations, special equipment, and third-party aggregates.
- Place special emphasis on comprehensibility and personal and plant safety in all training areas.
What We're Looking For
- Completed education as a technician or a comparable degree.
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering and adult education.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Enjoy working with people and a willingness to travel.
- Familiar with MS Office, image processing software, and presentation design.

- Demonstrable didactic skills.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based at our Schloss Holte site, with travel to customer sites and the delivery of online training.
