At Munters, we're looking for a Technical Support/Project Engineering Manager to take on a leadership role that uniquely combines customer service excellence with hands-on project engineering. This position will shape the internal support function while driving the successful delivery of engineering-based projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead internal customer service functions, creating and delivering policies for relationship management, issue resolution, and product support.
- Oversee contact center operations, including phone, email, and chat support systems.
- Manage shared or outsourced service delivery to ensure alignment with parent company policies.
- Execute operational strategy for the function and interact with executive leadership.
- Lead and manage the engineering operations of the organization.
- Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for completing engineering-based projects.
- Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Manage production, installation, testing, and commissioning phases of projects.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
- Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects.
- Prepare engineering standards, work specifications, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Select materials, equipment, staff, and external contractors.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree or higher education.
- 2-4 years of practical, relevant experience in a related job area.

- Salary range: $146,000 - $164,000 per year.
