Munters is hiring a Technical Support/Project Engineering Manager

About the Role

At Munters, we're looking for a Technical Support/Project Engineering Manager to take on a leadership role that uniquely combines customer service excellence with hands-on project engineering. This position will shape the internal support function while driving the successful delivery of engineering-based projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead internal customer service functions, creating and delivering policies for relationship management, issue resolution, and product support.
  • Oversee contact center operations, including phone, email, and chat support systems.
  • Manage shared or outsourced service delivery to ensure alignment with parent company policies.
  • Execute operational strategy for the function and interact with executive leadership.
  • Lead and manage the engineering operations of the organization.
  • Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for completing engineering-based projects.
  • Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Manage production, installation, testing, and commissioning phases of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
  • Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects.
  • Prepare engineering standards, work specifications, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Select materials, equipment, staff, and external contractors.

What We're Looking For

  • A university degree or higher education.
  • 2-4 years of practical, relevant experience in a related job area.

  • Salary range: $146,000 - $164,000 per year.
