POSITION SUMMARY: The role encompasses comprehensive administration and support for Yardi platform ecosystems, involving systematic evaluation, documentation, and maintenance. Responsibilities include ensuring system synchronization, implementing latest plug-ins, managing user permissions, and maintaining compliance with internal and external audit standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Address and resolve intricate support tickets associated with Yardi software • Generate comprehensive YSR reports ranging from simple to complex configurations • Design stored procedures, implement system validations, configure email notifications and scheduled tasks • Develop and upload ETL files for diverse business operational requirements • Engage with internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical challenges • Provide comprehensive guidance and training on software functionalities to improve user experience • Meticulously document support interactions and maintain precise records of identified issues and implemented resolutions • Collaborate extensively with development teams for escalated issues requiring specialized intervention • Drive continuous system enhancements and optimization strategies Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree - Information Technology and Software Engineering • Minimum 5 years technical support experience with Yardi or comparable property/real estate management software. ERP: Yardi voyager, Orion, Rent Café • DB: MYSQL, Oracle, PL/SQL • Reporting Tools: YSR (Yardi Spreadsheet reporting), Correspondence, Adhoc reporting, Columnar scripting • YSR Dashboards • ETLL: Data Import and Export • Automation: Automating report/functions in Yardi, creating packages (SQL Script), Task Runner, Report Scheduler, Notification, Critical Dates • Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities with independent work proficiency • Exceptional communication skills across written and verbal mediums • Comprehensive understanding of customer service protocols and support ticketing systems • Advanced proficiency in Yardi software features and functionalities • Robust comprehension of property management operational processes WORKING REQUIREMENTS: • Fully remote • English language fluency • Standard work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)
