About the Role
This role involves delivering hands-on technical support for Yardi platforms, diagnosing and resolving software issues, and guiding clients through system functionalities to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries related to Yardi system functionality
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting software performance
- Guide users through application features and best practices
- Document support cases with accurate and detailed information
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Yardi platform updates and patches
- Assist with testing updates in pre-production environments
- Provide feedback to development teams based on user-reported issues
- Follow established procedures for issue tracking and resolution
- Communicate clearly with clients during troubleshooting processes
- Support onboarding efforts for new system users
- Assist with data validation during client migrations
- Monitor system alerts and respond to anomalies
- Maintain confidentiality of client data and system access
- Participate in team training sessions and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to the improvement of support documentation
- Work within defined service level agreements for response times
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues
- Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Support weekend or evening activities during critical system events
