Deliver reliable, client-centered technical support in a fully remote role designed to meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by preparing and configuring desktops, laptops, and other hardware for client use, while keeping all associated documentation current and accessible.
What You'll Do
- Offer consistent, high-quality remote support that prioritizes client satisfaction and long-term trust.
- Respond to system alerts in coordination with the live helpdesk and take appropriate action based on issue severity.
- Escalate technical issues with clear context around urgency and impact, ensuring seamless handoffs and confirmation.
- Support customer maintenance tasks and fulfill project deliverables in alignment with team agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize, prioritize, and complete work efficiently.
- Ensure all assigned responsibilities are tracked, communicated, and delivered on schedule.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical support workflows remotely with precision and care.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and task execution.
- Experience preparing and deploying IT hardware for enterprise environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly during issue escalation and resolution cycles.
- Preference given to candidates based in or near Indianapolis, IN or Dallas, TX.
