Dev is hiring a Technical Support Representative, Tier 1 - Turkish Speaker

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Turkish via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
  • Document customer interactions and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Update customer records with relevant information
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve processes
  • Provide feedback on product improvements
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Participate in training and development activities
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
  • Manage customer expectations and provide updates
  • Identify and report trends in customer issues
  • Assist in the onboarding of new support team members
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions
  • Stay updated with the latest product features and updates
  • Provide support during peak hours and holidays as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
