About the Role
This position is responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling strategies that drive user growth and product engagement. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking to uncover opportunities across the user lifecycle, working cross-functionally to implement and measure initiatives that expand reach and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments to improve user onboarding and retention
- Analyze behavioral data to identify key growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement scalable growth features
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics across acquisition channels
- Optimize conversion funnels using A/B testing frameworks
- Develop hypotheses for user engagement improvements based on usage patterns
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging with product value propositions
- Track and evaluate the impact of product changes on user growth
- Build dashboards to provide real-time insights into user behavior
- Identify friction points in the user journey and propose solutions
- Conduct cohort analyses to understand long-term user trends
- Support the development of referral and viral loop mechanisms
- Use data to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives
- Coordinate with customer support to gather qualitative feedback
- Evaluate third-party tools for analytics and growth automation
- Maintain documentation of test results and growth experiments
- Assist in refining product-market fit through user segmentation
- Explore new distribution channels for user acquisition
- Contribute to roadmap planning with data-backed recommendations
- Ensure data integrity across tracking systems and event instrumentation
