NICE is hiring a Technical Support Engineer

This role is for an early-career engineer passionate about cloud technologies and problem-solving. You'll deliver high-level technical support for cloud platforms, diagnosing and resolving complex issues reported by customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve technical cases using logs, diagnostic tools, and system analysis.
  • Work with peers and senior engineers to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting scripts, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Escalate critical issues following established protocols to ensure timely resolution.
  • Engage in ongoing training to strengthen cloud support and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in technical or cloud support roles. You should have a foundational grasp of SQL, log analysis, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs is required. Strong analytical thinking and clear communication are essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience with automation scripting (Shell, Python), knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) is a strong advantage.

Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote. Office time emphasizes collaboration, team engagement, and creative problem-solving. The role offers flexibility, continuous learning, and opportunities for internal growth across technical and functional areas.
