About the Role
This role provides early-career professionals with the opportunity to learn and support a cloud-native security platform. Individuals will assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, gain exposure to cybersecurity operations, and work under guidance to build expertise in customer support processes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical difficulties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues
- Escalate complex problems to higher support tiers
- Document case details and resolution steps

- Use remote access tools to assist customers

- Contribute to knowledge base articles

- Provide feedback on customer experience trends
