About the Role
This position involves partnering with sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer engagements. The individual will deliver product demonstrations, address security challenges, and support the sales cycle with deep technical insight.
Responsibilities
- Collide with sales teams to drive technical aspects of customer interactions
- Deliver live product demonstrations tailored to client environments
- Translate customer security requirements into solution designs
- Respond to technical inquiries during procurement processes
- Conduct proof-of-concept deployments and evaluations
- Present system capabilities during customer meetings and webinars
- Identify integration needs with existing client infrastructure
- Support responses to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of threat landscape and defenses
- Assist in developing technical sales materials
- Engage with prospects to understand security pain points
- Guide customers through deployment planning discussions
- Explain cloud-native architecture advantages clearly
- Articulate differentiation from competitive offerings
- Troubleshoot technical obstacles during evaluation phases
- Work across time zones to support regional accounts
- Track technical engagement progress in CRM systems
- Stay current with product updates and feature releases
- Build trust through consultative, non-transactional dialogue
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Prior work with SaaS-based security platforms
- Direct experience in threat hunting or incident response
- Certifications in cloud security or architecture
- Familiarity with zero trust models
- Background in managed security services
