Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in target markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Create and execute partner enablement programs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align partner strategies
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Support partners in achieving sales targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners
- Gather market intelligence from partners to inform strategy
- Ensure partners adhere to brand and compliance standards
- Coordinate training and certification for partner teams
- Resolve partner escalations and operational issues
- Track and report on partnership KPIs and revenue impact
- Maintain up-to-date partner relationship records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel or partner management
- Proven track record of building and managing partner networks
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in developing partner onboarding processes
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM and partner relationship management tools
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through indirect channels
- Experience in creating performance dashboards for partners
- Solid understanding of sales cycles and distribution models
